The staff were very friendly and provided lots of information about what to do in the area, making sure that guests have a memorable experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a brilliant ceiling fan to beat the heat. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable, with a constant temperature of 23 degrees that allowed us to sleep comfortably with only a sheet. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, providing great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in this city. Additionally, we loved the fantastic mix of authentic underground features with modern amenities.

If you're visiting Coober Pedy, I highly recommend staying here. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we ever pass through the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, marking on a map what we should do during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with nice little extras like biscuits for guests. We especially loved the brilliant ceiling fan that kept us cool during the warm evenings. The breakfast provided was ample and satisfying, and we enjoyed it while admiring the great view at sunset.

No significant negative aspects - all was satisfactory.
